Gone from tachycardia yo bradycardia

When I was diagnosed in 21 with congestive heart failure, left ventricular dysfunction, reduced ef rate and cardiomyopathy and coronary stenosis I had a heart rate regularly above 200. Heart failure team discharged me a few months back as said they had reached maximum optimisation and no more meds we could try due to my body not tolerating them. The last few months though my heart rate on rest very rarely above 69 and when fully relaxed or sleeping it drops to 45 - 55. On exertion it rarely gets above 80 now but on any movement I am now getting very clammy sweats. And laboured breathing although oxygen levels are OK, around 92 - 95 on exertion. I get niggling pain in chest left neck and jaw and shoulder but had these pains since diagnosis. I often have low blood pressure but recently systolic always on low side as usual but diastolic often 80 or just above and on standing used to have a postural drop but now sometimes systolic drops and diastolic increases. Are these changes an improvement or is there anything I should be mentioning to gp. I no longer take any heart meds. Even stopped diuretics as they were sending my bp through floor and affecting my chronic kidney disease negatively. I have been told my heart failure is life limiting and I am finding I am less able to do what I used to due to getting too tired etc and I am in a lot of all over pain now, especially on my legs and back with my legs often very cold and some days very mottled. I am also losing weight steadily now. Hope everyone is else is getting by. I am slowly finding I no longer have any appetite. All this is really affecting me emotionally and I often feel a burden on my husband as he wants to get out and about but I just don't have the energy. My gp beginning of this year referred me to palliative care, not for end of life but for support living with the illness. However the palliative consultant stopped it as in their opinion cardiology might be able to do more. I admit I never re-request once cardiology said reached maximum optimisatiin as I have lost a lot of faith in the NHS these days like many others
