Just been fitted with two lead pacemaker. Diagnosed with Tachy/brady and also put on sotalol beta blockers. Everybody keeps saying I should feel so much better but I don't. I am just left with no energy. I am usually very fit.

It takes while to get over having a pacemaker fitted. I had one fitted eight weeks ago and I am only just beginning to feel my usual self although I am still having days when I’m absolutely knackered. Mine was also a two lead pacemaker for Tachy/Brady.
I was on sotalol made me like you could hardly do anything , they put me on treadmill to test and was restricting my heart too much pulse too low was going as low as 38 so they took me off it not suitable for everyone if you normally have a low heart rate mine was normally 62 but 160 when it races , was walking three miles a day before my last bad episode could barely make it from my front door to the car on that
