my uncle is doing very well but getting odd shocks and tonight had a strong one. He said it’s still tender, he does have AF so would expect him to get shocks. He is only 9 months post double bypass and valve repair. He is trying to walk but weather hasn’t helped. He’s got a 24 hour monitor on Sunday to check if his cardioavasion worked. Just wondered what is normal

Hello, does your uncle have an ICD or a pacemaker?

And when you say he getting shocks, what exactly do you mean?

He has a pacemaker I spoke to clinic today, they believe it’s unrelated to pacemaker as it shouldn’t be giving shocks. We think it may have been muscles or something else. As he was fine in seconds and been out walking no issues today
