Last week was feeling really washed out and weak not feeling right my blood pressure checks with my home monitor showed readings of lower than 90/60 for example 88/55 so had a doctors appointment on Monday after being trialed on Friday and speaking to another GP at the practice.
By Monday feeling better GP checked blood pressure and 130 over 80 which she said was good but going to write to my cardiologist as might need a meds review did readings yesterday and today and back to being very low haven't got yhe muzzy head so far I've noticed my blood pressure goes down when I exercise any help eelcome I'm well hydrated.

I’m sure you know that blood pressure is always changing throughout the day, I think I read somewhere that it’s usually higher at the beginning of the day and lower towards the evening. Another cause of low blood pressure is dehydration, so always important to keep fluid levels up.
