If you pop angela healthy hearties into Google though her Facebook and Instagram profiles pop up as well as hospital websites and her private cardiac rehab website.

Oh err, I am not on TikToc but clicked on the link and got something about fake female *rg*sms! Even if I could see it I would be wary as over the years I have realised that cardiac nurses vary between poor and excellent. With DSN (Diabetic Specialist Nurses) I have encountered the incompetent!

Sorry to read this I do have an account with Tiktok but don't post anything just use it for information and entertainment just checked the link I posted works fine for me.

If you Google Angela Hartley or healthy hearties you should also find her on Facebook and Instagram but most of her videos are on Ticktok.

Beyond forums I don't do social media. Years ago I had bad experience with Bebo (anybody remember them), I tried Facebook when I spent six months in a locked Covid recovery wing (caught it when I got out ) and tried to connect with a celeb who I had read had seven months of this. It was a fake account and they tried to scam me!
