Leg pain post ablation

Hi folks, does anyone have any experience/ knowledge of leg pain post ablation? Had op in May for 18% ectopics, excellent results, hardly any remaining after 5 or 6 zaps in rt ventricle. Felt amazing for 2 weeks, then after walk, had severe muscle pain in right thigh, near puncture site. Week later did another walk, and more pain in different muscle, to join the rest. After third walk, only 2 miles on flat, with a rest, excruciating pain in right quad if tried to move in bed to turn over. Saw GP, muscle strain, take paracetamol for 6 weeks. 2& half weeks later, dropped one paracetamol dose, pain is still really bad. Can’t lie on rt side in bed, puncture site feels restricted, hip really hurts. Is it related to op? Feels really weird! Any suggestions? Liz

You may want to put your post on the Atrial Fibrillation forum on Health Unlocked. I know lots of people there have had ablations. I've had three but never experienced what you have described. Link below:
