Getting nowhere

I am hoping someone can advise as I actually feel like I am going mad.I have suffered with hypertension since my 20's. I have a family history of ischaemic heart disease on both sides, with my dad passing away at 53 yrs old I contracted covid quite severely in 2020...since then I have had palpatations every day sometimes for hours. Tiredness, dizziness, weakness all the norm now along with a racing heart. Various tests completed. Mri showing mid wall septal fibrosis, ecg showing broad complex tachycardia and daytime sinus pauses lasting up to 4.17 seconds. In 3 years I have never had a face to face meeting with my consultant and symptoms getting progressively worse to the point where I collapsed at work a few weeks back. Ambulance were called they treated me for a potential TIA. I was advised by ambulance to keep one of their ecg readings with me at all times as this shows possible anterior infarct, age undetermined. I was taken to hospital at 2000hrs , I was not seen until 1400hrs the next day by which time symptoms had subsided, blood tests taken and I was sent home with the discharge letter saying I had vasovagal syncope ( in other words I had just passed out). I have been waiting for an angiogram since last September which my doctor has tried to chase up...I have received a letter I have been copied into from consultant to GP today basically saying there are no red flags to any cardiac condition being the cause of my symptoms!! Even though all of the above diagnosis have been sent in previous correspondence from the same consultant who i have been under for 3 years. I actually feel like I am being gaslighted! I looked into how to go about getting a second opinion but it would mean being referred as a new patient and I have already been in the system for 3 years with no progression.

😢
