I had an aortic valve replacement in 2016 bovine. I'm short of breath and feel dreadful on waking my valve clinc checked my valve and sent me a letter saying. Valve OK but I had a moderate tricuspid incompetence. pulmonary artery pressure are 63mmHg elevate from 35 in 2017 I don't understand . Thanks.

Hello :-)

I do not understand either and hope someone will come along that does but if it were me I would be talking with my Doctor and asking for a referral to be seen again by the specialists

Thank-you very much for replying. I've got an appointment with heart specialist on 10th. May. I will keep you posted.

Hi Sherob54,sorry you are feeling unwell,glad you are seeing cardiologist.Hope they help you feel better.I’m waiting for a tissue aortic valve.The waiting lists are big at the moment.
