Heart failure/tinnitus. Woke up with extremely loud and unusual tinnitus

I have always had tinnitus but since heart failure but more recently this year it seems to be worse. But last night was something new amd extremely loud. I woke up from the middle of some vivid dreams with extremely loud tinnitus type sounds at around 0230. Actually it was different to the usual buzzing. I actually heard birds singing the morning song and sounds of native American drums in the distant. But with really loud static. No other symptom was present other than a bit of aniexity that came on and i checked my bp which wss slightly higher at 130/85 but thats probably more from anxiety.

The drums and birds calmed down but it remained a kind of deafness in my left ear, almost like when you have water in your ear from swimming. I laid awake for nearly 2 hours to see if anything else happened but went to sleep. Woke up with normal tinnitus and nothing else.

Does anyone else experience this? I am on the usual cocktail of meds, entresto etc but had started dapagliflozin a few weeks ago. Could it be dehydration? I'd not normally post this as i have had the usual tinnitus and real loud at night which is normal, but this was something out of the ordinary

I have Tinnitus the high pitched type that was a by product of many cycles of Chemotherapy.

Mine { like yours } seemed to have got louder with the heart problems, but I believe that I am just more conscience of it , like my heart beat.

As for the vivid dreams{ including with there own sound effects } yes I have this as well.

Without a doubt its the medication, but remember I am not medically trained.

I personally find the dreaming to be amazing, vivid and strong.

At the beginning I found it all confusing, now I relax { sleep } into it and really enjoy the experience .

Trying to tie it down to one drug is hard but it seems to point to the Dapagliflozin with me but I might be totally wrong.
