So two Year's ago i had my valve replacement and a graft, recover wasn't smooth as I got liquid between heart and sack s week after. Since then everything has been fine, up til december of 2022 where i started getting s coin sized mild pain and spells of dizziness.Been CT scanned, multiple x rays , ekgs bloodwork and echoes and everything seems fine except for my troponin which is 30 ng/l .

Have anyone who have been through this surgery experienced something like this? I'd your troponin elevated aswell? Regardless if you have or not, I'd love to hear from you.

Hi, I am in the position you were in 2 years ago. Just turned 26 and needing valve replacement and graft. Normally mechanical would be the preferred replacement but I have the option of a Ross procedure. I am sorry you are having issues after 2 short years. Can you tell me what life is like for a 26 year old guy with a mechanical valve, before these recent complications? Thank you
