Heart problems and facial redness

Hi, everyone and Happy New Year to you all.

Just a no medical question; more to do with vanity than health.

My face varies in shades of redness depending on how I’m feeling. My husband knows if I’m not feeling in top health by my face. (I have permenant AF, Heart failure, DCM, diabetes, tend towards liver and kidney failure, but overall am reasonably well and enjoy life. )

Does anyone 1. Connect the redness with their heart condition, and if so,

2. What physical changes causes that Rosie glow?

Research rosacea to see if fits. Below is a start....

Thanks, but what I didn’t add is that a friend who has HF and a son who is a cardiologist, has the same problem, and she says her son maintains that it is a symptom of HF. I didn’t realise until she pointed it out.

Hello there.

I too have a rosey ‘glow’ quite a lot. I asked the doctor about it but haven’t had an answer. I think it’s due to hf also.

Keep safe 😊
