I would speak with your Doctor get a meds review as well as ruling anything else out

hi. I’m still having sweats 18 months after having total blockage and stent fitted. Been through tread mill test to monitor heart and ok. Getting less as time goes on but as soon as I try and do stuff I start sweating as if I have run for miles. Doctors have me on lots of medication after my heart attack. Happy I’m still here and dealing with the damage cause to my body. Speak to your cardiologist team if you have one
