Covid and heart rate

So i tested postive for covid yesterday.I had covid back at Easter time and inly suffered with mild flu like symptoms and headache. This time it started in my chest and ive been coughing or trying to cough up muck on my chest. However today i have more of a runny nose and sneezing but since about 12ish this afternoon ive noticed my heart rate is getting quicker. I already have sinus tachy and allready take 2.5mg bisoprolol so I'm quite concerned. My Samsung watch is bouncing anywhere between 110 and 130 at the moment and has peaked to 139.

Has anyone else had this with covid?Any ideas how to bring your heart rate down?Any advice would be great before I queue at A&E for 15 hours!
