Woke up early this morning feeling dizzy. Chest pain aswell. So I went back to sleep. Just woke up again. Feeling dizzy and chest and left arm pain. feeling breathless. The problem I have is last time I went to A &E department. The doctor said it was acid reflux. I do have gtn spray. But don't know if I should take it due to the dizziness. Help

Hello Poppy :-)

I am amazed that they have not sorted this out yet for you , I really cannot understand why they haven't and I really wished they would as this is no way to live

I would try and take the spray while I was in bed and that way if you feel dizzy you will not harm yourself and if it does not work I wish I could come up with another solution but the only one I can come up with even though they said it was acid reflux last time you need to get back to A&E if you feel no better

When we reply we are concerned and it would be nice to know how you get on :-) x

There must be something in the air! I woke up with chest pain and so tired, slept for another 3 hours, got up with head feeling woozy. Spent rest of day still in pyjamas. I have been diagnosed with PAF, diastolic dysfunction and MVD. Have had several visits to A&E and since diagnoses if there is not tropanin in my blood I, thankfully, get sent home. My sodium levels are bordering on too low and I have recently been prescribed potassium. My experience is just rest and hopefully feel better tomorrow. Shame really as I had a lovely, busy weekend and commented that I felt normal. I do hope you are OK but perhaps check in with your GP just to be sure or ask 111 for advice?
