Poor liver function due to Heart Failure

It looks like my liver function is poor due to the amount of blood being pumped through it by my dodgy heart. The result is toxins are not being flushed out and I feel like I have a hangover all the time.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did they get it fixed?
