fitful sleeps

I have cardiomyopathy with no symptoms at this point. The only issue is my interrupted sleeping with fidgeting and the need to stretch my hamstrings .( bizarre I know) .I am on telmisartin plus for BP and Plavix and Crestor.Also sertraline which is for anxiety.My question is and I would ask the Dr. This if I could get through is …would it help sleep patterns if I took my meds before bed instead of in the am .Melatonin has no effect

I know I have swapped some of my meds when I now take them but I did ask my Doctor first

For instance two meds I take are for blood pressure and if I took them both in a morning even though they are different one's my blood pressure would be to low

But it has worked so far with the ones I got the ok for so if you can keep persevering trying to speak to a Doctor it could be well worth it
