Advice or recommendations for travel Insurance with a heart condition

Hi

I'm 54, I got myocarditis due to Covid couple of years ago which resulted in DCM. My EF has come back up to normal levels (~58%) . I have also recently (4 weeks ago) just had an ablation for SVT and everything seems to be settling down and a feel well.

I really need a holiday and wondering if anyone has any recommendations for getting travel insurance that would cover me with these conditions
