atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter and hot weather

I have BAV and 4.88 TAA. I have had one bout of AFib that lasted 12 days but self corrected. HR was about 75 ( normally 50-55) during this time and I only knew I was in Afib as I had to go to a and e thinking it was something else. Anyway was playing cricket on weekend and was well hydrated but clearly it was hot. Towards end of match I was getting quivers in the heart which lasted say 5-10 secs over say an hour or so duration. Once cooled down ok and HR normal. I presume this was atrial flutter? I am aware of the medical interventions for Afib but does anyone know of any other proper research on natural interventions that folk have found helpful?

Hi,

I hope you are OK and get dome answers. I have the same and a TAA at 40mm that was 2 years ago but I've been getting the same. I nearly passed out today at work and my heart was pounding . Luckily I have a scan soon to check.

Let us know how you get on.
