Heart Problems+ 'Bipolar Disorder'

There's a History of Heart Disease in My Family.

I have various Medications and Support from My Family & Friends, Medical Professionals........Which I Love & really appreciate.

I also Suffer from 'Bipolar Disorder', treatment via Medication, Appointments with Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Community Mental Health Nurse, 'Self Help Group'

I was diagnosed with 'Bipolar Disorder' in 2004.

It's an Illness many People don't Understand.

Lots of my Appointments, 'Self Help Group' stopped because of the 'CoronaVirus Pandemic' It caused me lots of problems.

I don't know to go Forward.
