Fullness or pressure sensation

A few days ago i had bad lower back pain so decided to crack on with some exercises i had off the physio. As i lay flat on my back on the floor i had a weird sort of fullness or pressure in my head. A bit like blood flowing to my head. Its hard to describe exactly what it is. I habe been a little bunged up but nothing major. It also happens when i bend down. I dont have any BP issues that i know of. I am due to see my gp next week for my contraception and they will take my BP then. Not sure what this is. Accompanied by a slight headache too.

Any ideas??
