Don't beat yourself up over it. Something that most of us will have done from time to time. You certainly won't be the last but at least you are now learning where is good and where is not.

The internet is a fantastic way of getting information and answers, the only problem is that most folks believe the first given answer to their question.

In my experience it’s best to take that answer and cross reference it as much as possible.

Here is a fantastic place to do just that, and no you are not a plonker, information can be frightening and worrying as well as illuminating and teaching.

Well Sanja Gupta - the cardiologist from York on Utube talks a lot of common sense without being over the top. I have been calmed so often by his common sense and really good advice . Especially when my heart used to flutter and he talks about the relationship between the vagus nerve and the heart. Also blood pressure readings and what is important and lots more
