Would like to have a holiday in 2022 but I am a heart failure patient. The insurance quotes I've had are very expensive. Anyone found a reasonable quote.

Travel with Heart Failure
Life, medical and travel insurance are all difficult for heart patients and others with medical conditions. For travel insurance I recommend StaySure or AllClear. The premiums may be high bit their cover is good. However, you should always read the small print very carefully. I don't know where you are going but the highest premiums are associated with the US (their charges are exorbitant) and cruising (potential evacuation costs). For some with HF long haul may be an issue. I hope you have an enjoyable holiday.
Also have heart failure and i found staysure more reasonable than other quotes i had
We've used staysure which covered my heart attack and stents as part of an annual worldwide (including USA/Caribbean) policy for 2 of us for £375
Hiya, I have heart failure and use StaySure. I got an annual policy for around £250 for all of Europe. That covers my husband as well.
With the greatest respect, reading through your posts and medical history, do you think it is really worth it, especially as the future regarding the virus is still uncertain. The insurance costs should tell you something, surely. Could you not consider a UK based holiday? (Better for the planet as well). Just my thoughts if I were in your situation.
We've always used All Clear, found them quite reasonable
Not tried these, but I found a name on website for THROB ( reached through the BHF website), called Preferential Insurance, Westcliff-on-sea, Essex. I think I have used All Clear in the past, and Get going insurance, but for other medical problems, before heart issues.
Hi I was searching this morning for 4 weeks insurance to hopefully have a break next year I also have heart failure but found the post office reasonable have a look the application is easy also good luck and have a fab holiday kwagmire
