How has your Microvascular dysfunction been diagnosed?
Are you taking any medication?

It's very much a question for your GP/cardiologist. The warmer you are the more the blood vessels open up. This can lead to a drop in blood pressure. Combined with some medications the drop can be potentially dangerous!
