hi, Went to a@e 2 weeks ago. Had very low blood pressure, 55/33. currently have heart failure. They did an ECG told me afterwards heart is worse than last year, and I had a heart attack apparently. Waited 7 months for MRI had that last week. Cardiologist phoning me in 2 weeks. Has anyone had a heart attack without knowing it? The heart attack was in the last year. Finding it hard to breathe lying down, having to use pillows.

Morning, I think it would be good for you to talk to BHF nurses for some advice on your breathing. Is this a new symptom or is it always there and getting you down. It's not easy to get answers to our problems these days and I think talking to someone with a bit of knowledge and empathy may help you. Good luck regards Sheena x
