Good morning

Does anyone have any knowledge or experience of using Flecainide for controlling A/F following a H/A

I’m currently on a low dose of Bisoprolol which is giving me grief ie chronic fatigue

I was on Flecainide prior to H/F for an irregular heart beat for many years without side effects and good control

My GP is reluctant as the drug is usually only prescribed by a consultant which it was back in the day for me

Flecainide was dropped from my meds after heart attack

I’ve read somewhere that Flecainide is a no no drug for heartiesi

I’m on the usual drug mix including Apixaban so that helps

Any views from my experienced colleagues 😎
