Yes very easily, if its downhill..!!!
I couldn't do it with or without angina 😆
I use to do triathlons but hit with angina, at the minute i can do a 1k in around 10 minutes then i have to walk but am trying to increase. i think3.20k in 20 would be do able with structured training
I think I better go for a full check up. I have some symptoms of angina two months ago after that I started to jog 5 times a week gradually and have reached the level where I can run 3.2km within 20 mins without too much effort. But I still feel something is not right.

Listen to your body!
My PB came just last year during lockdown and before my cardiac arrest - 19:44 which I was pretty chuffed with! If you’re doing sub-20 mins with angina, I’d be very impressed!
