I think I better go for a full check up. I have some symptoms of angina two months ago after that I started to jog 5 times a week gradually and have reached the level where I can run 3.2km within 20 mins without too much effort. But I still feel something is not right.

My PB came just last year during lockdown and before my cardiac arrest - 19:44 which I was pretty chuffed with! If you’re doing sub-20 mins with angina, I’d be very impressed!
