is pericarditis normal/safe. i get sharp stabbing pain in heart that lasts for 5mins only every now and again like 4weeks. deep breathing makes it worse so i have to do short breathes till it goes.

Chest pain requires investigating. Talk to your GP or NHS111. Neither pericardial pain or pleuritic pain are normal.
