More information would help. Age, BMI, smoking history, medication and history of heart or lung problems? Were blood tests ok? The palpitations could be important, regular or irregular, exercise related?

Thank you Think I’m worrying for nothing!

I’m 52, overweight and struggling with mobility issues. I’m on 2 meds for b/p - and for oedema, and arthritis. Non smoking , had blood test for heart failure-was ok. Just seen on health record inferior infarct?

Still breathless just walking from bedroom to bathroom, palpitations have nearly stopped but heart rate goes up quite high quickly and takes about 15 mins to get to normal again.

Hello and welcome to the forum!

Firstly do not over think the "right axis deviation". This is fairly common in taller people and children, and is often of no clinical significance.

You mention you have high blood pressure. This is potentially of greater concern. What readings are you getting? High could mean a systolic anywhere between 145 and 200+.

Sometimes palpitations can be triggered by what you eat and drink. Have you tried cutting out coffee, alcohol, chocolate and spicy food?
