Ventricular Tachycardia/Junctional Tachycardia & Ramipril Heart Rate 217 today

Hi Everyone, I've not been on for a long while and so this evening am starting afresh. I've been struggling for a long, long time and am now at my wits end. The only reason someone finally listened is when my brother bought me a Prince 180B. I took a reading with me when I went for a scan (over 3 years ago now). The head electrophysiologist said he would pass it to the Consultant, because if I were an in-patient at that moment in time, he would have to leave whatever he was doing and come to my aid. A few years have passed, I'm off the Bisoprolol and was feeling great. Discovered that I have heart disease also and ended up now at another hospital. That rhythm 'Ventricular Tachycardia/Junctional Tachycardia' has not just increased in occurence, but in rate as well. It has got worse since being on Ramipril (I don't have high BP) for my heart muscle. December I had at least 20 incidences and I think it will be more if I add it all up for January, as some days it was more than once. It's sometimes over 180 and THIS AFTERNOON, 217. I took my machine with me, because I wondered what my heart would do whilst in the shower. Afterwards, I thought I would take my pulse and it was a mess, so I used my Prince and then my Medtronic fob to download. I learned only yesterday that Ventricular Tachycardia can precede Ventricular Fibrillation, which clearly is something I don't want. This increase in rate/incidences has as I say only been since the Ramipril. I understand that the Kidneys produce Renin, which in turn becomes Angiogensin I, where after it turns to Angiogensin II, as a result of enzymes. The AV node needs Angiotensin II to function, but if it's inhibited (as it is with Ramipril), I believe that this is the culprit. I'd be grateful for any thoughts/comments please. Thank you.
