Get yourself a BP monitor, make yourself comfortable, put it on your upper arm and take your BP 3 times. If you can do so 3 times a day and write it down you will be able to produce some evidence of what is happening for your doctor to consider.

Check the amount of fluid that you drink - a total of about 5 pints a day will keep your blood volumes up. I drink a pint of water on rising.

Check your medication, some (like ramipril ) can cause fainting and may be best taken at night.

Try and take regular walks. If you take a walking pole with you , you can form a tripod if you feel a bit unsteady and have a blow. If you find a pleasant and flat path and take your phone you should be able to make progress.
