STABLE ANGINA and AF.

I have stable angina and AF. Last night i had pain in chest and shoulder. When i was asleep i felt like i had an electric shock right through my body for split second.

I took GTN and pain subsided and have been ok since. Anyone experienced this electrical jolt before?
