Hi everyone just keep update still awaiting for an appointment see cardio in May my ef results have stayed the sane30% I have no idea as to my ef could be improved and wh I can do to make it improve I feel as if I have lost hope I did blood tests mention th cholesterol slightly high I worried th I think I'm doing well but tests show otherwise but I'm blessed to have no symptoms since the covid I feel like their is not much communication with the gp sometimes I feel explaining my symptoms over the ph isn't the same keep safe everyone
