Heart medication problems

My concerns are, the effects bisoprolol and warfarin have on my body. - dry eyes, lethargy, itching. And the frequency of pharmaceutical companies changing hands and no longer manufacturing the brands that agree with me. Most chemists only buy in a few set brands. Is there any company or pharmacy in uk online that are safe to buy these medications.

Have you tried asking your pharmacy to supply you with a particular brand that you know agrees with you? I take Warfarin and depending on my INR results have to take a half tablet sometimes. One brand had a groove in the 1mg tablet making it easier to cut/break in half, the other didn't. So I explained the problem to the chemist and now get the breakable one in my repeat prescriptions. It might just be worth having a word with them. From what I have read on this forum it is the additional components of the tablets etc that cause problems eg. bulking agents as different companies use different amounts. Hope you get it sorted.💊💊

I am on very small dose of bisoprolol and experience some trembling in the evenings so I started taking it in the morning and the problem stopped, do not have any other side effects, I also understand that the medicine are manufactured under licence so the should have same ingredient regardless of who makes them.
