PVCs - no rhyme nor reason to them

PVCs. No rhyme nor reason to them. I was having getting on for 400 per day, whether I was resting or exercising and then they suddenly disappeared for 12 months. Then they came back and got progressively worse (up to 1000 per day) during a 12 month period during which they occurred almost 100% at rest. I started taking 400 mg magnesium (glycinate) and after two weeks they went away (maybe 5 - 10 per day lingering which I can ignore) though it could be that they had just 'decided' to go away on their own. Five months later, I think they seem to be coming back, despite the Mg, though this time, in contrast to previously, hardly ever at rest and almost all when I am up and about. No rhyme nor reason to them! I presume the British Heart Foundation and other organisations fund research into this worrying condition?

I assume you have seen a physician for this since you know they are PVC's, they have determined to be benign in nature when you do not appear to be taking any prescribed meds. You may want to contact one of the BHF nurses here and ask for their advice.
