Hello,
I have bad health anxiety over my heart ever since I started with random feelings of light headed / almost about to pass out sensations whilst seated! I then go hot sweaty and can feel my heart. It eventually settles. I do also suffer from dizzi spells when getting up too quickly but those don't worry me as much as the seated episodes.
I have had many of these events but they rapidly rectify and I have not so far ever passed out completely.
I have had four events in the past 3 years where my vision goes black and head jolts bringing me back out of it.
During these events I've always gone to AnE to only be released hours later after bloods/BP/HR and ECG normal. ECG has never detected anything thus far.
I do have noted on every ECG a Partial Right Bundle Block. I was told this is insignificant and is common?
I have seen a cardiologist, assigned me Bisoprolo 2.5mg. The tests for an Echocardiogram, ECG and a week tape did not catch anything expect my HR tends to go fairly quickly(100+) when stood up especially in the morning.
I was intrigued to find out if anyone else knows or has experienced sitting down episodes of pre-syncopy/light headed for no reason?
I was assured my heart was normal but taking this medication has certainly blunted the rate of my heart but I still get episodes!!
My anxiety is making this difficult to overcome and I cannot decide if my results mean I have to live with these odd episodes or its heart problems undetected.
