I’ve taken it to manage SVT for the last 2.5 years without issue. It has a fairly limited side effect profile, and although headache is one of the common side effects, a quick check on the BNF shows head pressure is not something known to be associated with taking the drug.
I have taken verapamil for years ,dont think so
