Irbesartan side effects

Hi quick question

How long do the side affects last for this medication do they even go away , had high blood pressure end of May 230 over 123 i think it was , was started on irbesartan straight away, lost 3 stone from diet since then but still feel like the aches in my chest and stomach are not going away

Been on Ibersartin 6 weeks. Still getting aches in chest and stomach. Muscle pain nervousness and nasal problems as well as tight thoat.

I had to change in the end , I am now on perindopril
