Hi 1st time writing a post on here so sorry about the long post was nervous writing on here but husband said might make me feel better for advice.. I'm just wondering if anyone has had heart failure due to Vascular disease, I'm 42 and had heart failure in April (I did have heart failure 13 years ago but was discharged after 2 years) and my HF nurse has said that's what has caused my heart failure, its a shock to my system as I'm usually fit and well I run and exercise regularly so I'm struggling abit as I'm use to being on the go, I'm still on going for treatment just finished 6 rounds of chemotherapy for the vascular and now waiting to see if it's made any difference just after other people's experiences and what treatments they've had and I'm worried about the future really aswell🙁

You’ve clearly been through such a lot, and this will be a great place for advice and support, and I’m sure others will be along soon, who can share similar experiences with you.

I found the BHF a huge help when I was still in shock after my first heart events.
