Excersise

I was wondering what excersise I can do with a EF of less then 35%? I only just found out 7 days ago and before I was running 5k I'm guessing that's now a no no?

Do you have any follow up planned with the hospital?I don't have a reduced ef myself but many others on this site do and they often mention having a heart failure nurse.I take an interest in this as my condition can lead to heart failure and I've read about greatly improved ef readings with exercise.What do they think is the cause of your lowered ef?

I havnt been booked to see anyone yet because of this pandemic. Its been caused by my chemotherapy I had when I was two, so I'm not certain if it can improve once its reduced 😔

Ah I see, so you've had it all these years and yet you've been very active.I'm no medic but it doesn't seem that exercise has harmed you but obviously get some advice on that.Perhaps a GP can advise if you can get an appointment.Take care.
