Hi

I'm 32 and have been told three days ago I have a EF of less then 35%, due to chemotherapy I had when I was younger it has decreased by 5% in 4 years. The heart failure team has been in contact with me to explain what I can and can't do. I just so scared, I kinda had an idea it might happen but not this early in life i've got two small kids and I wanna be there for them. 😔
