I’m on the same swag of drugs most others are on after a HA( I had my HA at the beginning of May, 2 Stents in RCA), but even after 2 months I’m still getting tightness in my chest and the odd sharp stabbing pains deep in the chest. Nothing like the pain I got during the HA.
My Cardiologist says that the tightness is probably the Ticagrelor. Anyone else had a similar experience?
Thanks

Yes. I also had HA start of March (think that’s what you meant, not May?) and had four stents fitted in a Lower marginal artery.
On Atorvastatin, Aspirin, Ticagrelor, Bisoporolol, Colchicine (for pericarditis) and Losartan. Think that’s it but you get the gist.
Yes I have short sharp pains in my chest and around my heart now and again. As you say not HA pain, nothing like it, and no long lasting. Worse if I do too much exercise so generally have a couple rest days if I’ve overdone it.
Thanks for the reply. Yes I meant March! The sharp pains in my chest are worse when I over exercise as well. Aspirin, Ticagrelor, pantoprazole, ramipril and rosuvastain. Reassuring that it’s not just me!
