When I went to the site this morning I was asked to sign in to the wrong profile, to the first item on my email from MichaelJH. Now it Appears that MY profile has disappeared. No picture, which I did have. Says I have never made comments which I have. Something has gone wrong on the site or maybe it has been hacked. This is very worrying

That has just happened to me! Last night I had a funny pop up mail suggesting I had been hacked.
Really weirded as government just introduced its track and trace app and announces about this cyber attack...again.
For now I've unsubscribed to see if it will fix itself when I re-subscribe. Very disconcerting
When I looked just now your profile was there. Whilst this was the only post there are dozens of replies from you. Currently the Internet is near its limit with working from home, home schooling, Zoom chatting, etc. and you can get odd glitches.
My post on Masks did head up the daily summary.

I want to apologise for all the confusion we have caused you. Today's daily digest included a fix, but sadly we cannot change at this stage yesterday's email. I will do my best to explain what happened, most importantly, I want you to know your account has not been compromised.
We appended the username to the URL to say Hello to those logged-out users coming from the digest. As you already know, the wrong username was added. As a consequence, the links on your digest had at the end the following: "recipient=MichaelJH"

I stopped the digest till this was sorted so I didn't get today's digest. I think have re-subscribed though. I've also added my picture again
