COVID-19 - is my daughter with a right aortic arch (vascular ring) at increased risk?

My daughter is 10 months and was confirmed to have a right aortic arch with left subclavian artery, possible vascular ring. She is due to have another heart scan in July to see how tight the vascular ring is and to see if her PFO has closed up as it hasn't closed up 2 months after birth. Is she at a higher risk in terms of COVID-19? We have been told that the problem she has can present with feeding and breathing difficulties and she will be more susceptible to chest infections. She hasn't had a letter from the NHS however, I am worried she is at higher risk due to this.

Any help appreciated
