Caution re Vit K2

Someone posted inc. a video re this the other day so I looked it up. Vit K2 is a coagulant so must discuss any supplements with dr first if taking ant-coagulants ( e.g ticegrelor, warfarin, aspirin). It is in a bigger range of food stuff than the video said, albeit in smallish quantities e.g gouda, edam & curd cheese, egg yolk, butter, liver, meat, high fat yoghurt, sauerkraut & miso.
