Some Perspective

The number of Deaths (Natural ) recorded in January in England & Wales was 56,706 I understand the Corona virus is serious but I wonder how many of the Italians who have died in this outbreak were actually already at Deaths Door. I am not making light of these deaths just wondering what's going on

The Media need to be careful in keeping us informed but not publishing scare stories.

I might be totally wrong here but listening to a doctor from Italy I get the impression that they are only using ventilators for people younger he mentioned that they had some on 50 year olds I don’t think they are ventilating over 70 I hope I am wrong, if not glad I am here not there perhaps in Italy that’s why the death rate is higher. Interesting

I do think that info is wrong. I think it's more a case of the Dr's were saying that the disease is also seriously affecting younger age groups not just the over 65's. There is no age selection, unfortunately the Italian health system is struggling to cope.

Yes very true and also that most people cannot get tested for the virus so how would they be sure they died from it some deaths have unknown causes
