having read the advice re v pillow's for sleeping I'm on the point of buying one. But which one??

Can anyone tell me please? I am soooo short of sleep.

I got mine from Amazon it’s a feather and down one which is comfortable but the occasional feather pokes through 😉

I have a polyester filled one - they flatten over time and despite a thorough pounding eventually refuse to"bulk" up again- this is my second; the first lasted two years. You can wash them which is a plus.

it's down to personal preference really. Shop around - the same brand can vary a lot in price depending on where you buy it.

I'm on my original one - but on the fourth 're-plumping' mega bag of fibrefill. I 're-plump' regularly. So far re-plumping seems to be more cost effective than buying a new pilow when the polyfill goes flat.

Lol, new twist on 'make do and mend' - I hadn't thought of it as a way to pass the self-isolating/social distancing time, but you're right, it's a good way to fill the time!
