Side effects propanalol

Hi had a near collapse boxing day. Heart rate high took to A&E bloods normal. More attacks. Had a shit year anxiety wise. 2 x 24 hour heart traces fine. Heart scan appears normal awaiting ct. Doctor put me on propanalol and hrt as possibly perimenopause. Feel rough most of the time. Spaced out, dizzy, vision issues in high light situations office etc. Don't know if I even need them tbh. Any advice. Just want to feel well

Hi, sorry to hear that. Are you seeing a specialist that can help with the anxiety? You have to work through it in order to get better.. I did a course of ACT and that helped me/would recommend it if not already tried..
