Long chain fatty acids

I read something very recently about long chain fatty acids. The research states to have skimmed milk as this is beneficial to people who have semi skimmed or full fat. It causes less inflammation, i can’t find this article now

I presume the longer the chain the better and that some foods cause them to shorten ie full fat foods

Does anyone know about long chain fatty acids? And the role against inflammation which we all know is the cause of many illnesses and conditions

Any information would be well received as I am very interested

I add that I do eat very well loads vegs fruit and small amounts of protein and only good carbs

As I have a lot of problems with my heart heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, tricuspid valve regurgitation and permanent AF, I also have spinal stenosis and arthritis And osteopenia and GERD so with all this going on I am very interested in fighting inflammation in my body

Thank you
