Verapamil

Have been changed from Atenolol to Verapamil modified sr, any one else on these meds? Do they improve the dizziness.

Just curious how did you wean off Atenolol before starting Verapamil?.. I'm going to get my medication changed from Metoprolol to Verapamil in a week, so worried lot about switching after an year with metaprolol.

Hi Rajk123 I wasn’t weaned off Atenolol just took the Verapamil instead of the Atenolol unfortunately it gave me very bad palpitations and chest pains after a couple of days, so back on the Atenolol until I see the cardiologist. Hope they work for you.

Oh no, hope you feel better soon. May I know what was your Atenolol dosage?. I'm on 12.5mg a day
