For the last 4 days, I have experienced my whole body pulsating. I feel very tired also. Is this anything to be concerned about?

Looking at your profile I think you need to talk to your GP/cardiolgist. I think Milkfairy should be able to comment when she is back online. If things get desparate ring 111 or even 999.

I was admitted to A & E a month ago & they said my white blood cells were below average & I may have an infection somewhere in my body that wasn't showing up.

I suggest you seek medical advice about how you have been feeling over the last 4 days.

As Michael had already said talk to your GP or Cardiologist and if necessary call 111 or if you feel very unwell 999.
